贵州瓦斯隧道防突技术研究

Study on outburst prevention technology of gas tunnel in Guizhou

摘要: 综合分析了贵州省近几年的瓦斯隧道发展情况,结合国内外隧道施工过程中发生的瓦斯事故,分析了影响瓦斯隧道防突工作的因素。基于煤矿领域防治煤与瓦斯突出经验,提出了适用于瓦斯隧道的防突技术体系,通过在贵州某瓦斯突出隧道执行区域和局部“四位一体”综合防突措施,该隧道实现安全揭煤,未发生瓦斯超限、突出等事故|当隧道施工方瓦斯灾害防治力量不足时,可与资质单位展开合作,加强防突力量,保证双“四位一体”的综合防突措施有效执行,实现预测准确,措施有效,检验可靠,防护到位。

Abstract: The development of gas tunnels is comprehensively analyzed in recent years in Guizhou, combining with the gas accidents occurring in tunnel construction at domestic and international. Based on the prevention and control of coal and gas outburst in coal mine, the outburst prevention technology system suitable for gas tunnel be put forward, through the implementation of regional and local “four in one” comprehensive outburst prevention measures on a gas outburst tunnel in Guizhou, the tunnel achieved safe uncovering of coal and no gas overrun and outburst occurred; When the tunnel construction institutions gas disaster prevention and control strength is insufficient, could cooperate with the qualification institution, which can strengthen the prevention of gas disaster in construction institutions, ensuring the effective implementation of double "four in one" comprehensive outburst prevention measures, achieving accurate prediction, effective measures, reliable inspection, adequate protection.
